Aspiring home-owners in Western Australia have shown a keen appetite for apartments at the Tribeca South development at The Springs Rivervale, snapping up all 72 residences off the plan within 12 weeks of their release in 2014.
Tribeca South comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, situated in a prime riverside location. The sold-out development is now welcoming its first residents.
Tia Fredericks was the first of the lucky buyers who secured a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Tribeca South, her first off-the-plan apartment purchase.
“I chose Tribeca South because it was close to the city and it was being developed and built by a name I knew well – BGC,” said Tia.
“I also liked the design and the apartment size which was larger than other projects in the area, and the display suite gave me a better idea of what the finished product would look like.
“The off-the-plan buying process was also easy to navigate, and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process.
“I’m very happy with the finished apartment – I love my balcony, spacious bedrooms and the simple colour scheme in the bathrooms.”
The development achieved practical completion in May 2016 and is the first of three stages to be built in the Tribeca development in The Springs precinct.
The project, which was built by BGC Construction, features excellent connectivity to the Crown entertainment precinct, the new Perth Stadium, Perth CBD and existing transport infrastructure, and includes a landscaped terrace and lifestyle deck for residents, complete with a pool and gym.
More than 200 purchasers and potential buyers across all BGC Development projects were treated to an exclusive guided tour of the shared facilities and display apartment at Tribeca South at an open day in April.
The project team received overwhelmingly positive feedback from an open day survey with all respondents indicating they could picture themselves living in an apartment by BGC Development – a great outcome and endorsement for the team.
